Croatia, Professio Energia has successfully completed a capital increase through the issuance of 350,000 new shares

Croatian renewable energy company Professio Energia has successfully completed a capital increase through the issuance of 350,000 new shares.

The statement from the company said that its share capital was increased by 4.7 million euros on 30 December, to 35.1 million euros. The new shares have a face value of 13.4 euros and were issued at a price of 40.25 euros per share in two rounds. The difference between the par value and the sale price of the new issue will be allocated to the company’s capital reserves.

Following the increase, the company’s share capital consists of 2,616,174 shares 13.4 euros in par value each. The shares of Professio Energia were listed in Zagreb in October 2019 but have not been traded yet.
