EPS and Masdar Abu Dhabi energy company exploring cooperation in RES projects

Representatives of the Electric Power Company of Serbia (EPS) and Abu Dhabi-based energy company Masdar spoke on October 11th in Geneva about the possibilities of cooperation in the projects promoting the usage of renewable energy sources, EPS announced.

Masdar CEO Dr Ahmed Al Jaber visited today in Geneva, at the Forum on the Energy Future of Europe, the pavilion of EPS and other Serbian companies participating in that event as part of the Energy Association of Serbia.

– At this forum we were introduced for the first time to the potentials and projects in the energy sector of Serbia. We know that EPS is interested in cooperation and that renewable energy sources are among the priorities of your government and that company. I believe that Serbia will become an interesting destination for investors in the domain of “green” energy. As one of the organizers of this forum, I want to thank EPS and other Serbian companies for their participation and to stress that we are ready to use our experience to help the development of sustainable solutions in the field of energy – said Al Jaber.
