Serbia’s Minister of Economy and Regional Development Nebojsa Ciric said that the implementation of the laws on public-private partnership and on concessions will increase the inflow of foreign direct investments in Serbia.
At the Second European, legal and political forum “New legal framework for public-private partnership (PPP), concessions and public procurement, opportunities and risks”, he explained that fiscal decentralisation will allow local governments greater autonomy in economic terms.
