Serbia starts construction of the first factory for removal of meat industry waste

Serbia’s Minister of Economy and Regional Development Nebojsa Ciric and Minister of Environment, Mining and Spatial Planning Oliver Dulic marked yesterday in Indjija the beginning of construction of the first factory for removal of waste from the meat industry according to the highest environmental and safety standards of the EU.
The Serbian government approved a RSD 300 million loan through the Development Fund for construction of the factory and purchase of necessary equipment, and another RSD 1 million should be set aside for next year, Ciric said.
