Skundric: Great interests in investment in energy

Serbian Prime Minister’s Advisor Petar Skundric said that thanks to new projects, investments in the energy sector are soon to exceed the previously planned value of 9 billion euros.

Skundric said that companies from China, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Russia, Hungary and Portugal are interested in participating in the construction of reversible hydro power plant “Bistrica” and one of the largest reversible hydro power plants in the world – “Djerdap 3” on the Danube.

The value of the project “Djerdap 3” is 4-5 billion euros, and joint projects with the Italians exceed the value of 2 billion euros.
