Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said at a joint press conference with Serbian President Boris Tadic in Kyiv that Ukraine and Serbia have agreed to start drafting an agreement on the creation of a free trade area.
Yanukovych said that he had agreed with the Serbian president to hold Ukrainian-Serbian business forums every year. “We agreed that such business forums would be held in our countries every year,” he said. He said that the entry into force of an agreement between Ukraine and Serbia on the rejection of visa requirements for citizens would contribute to this.
